Withdrawal from the agreement
If you are a consumer, you have theright to withdraw from a remote agreement.
You can withdraw from the agreement by filing a statement of withdrawal from the agreement e.g. by e-mail to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org
Please promptly return the product you ordered to the following address: Sady, ul. Za Motelem 3, 62-080 Tarnowo Podgórne within 14 days following the date of your withdrawal from the agreement in question.
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days.
For agreements involving our release of the product with obligation to transfer its ownership, the 14 days to withdraw from the agreement starts on the day, on which you or a third party other than the carriers specified by you assume possession of the product.
Preservation of the aforementioned time requires the statement in question to be submitted before its expiration.
We will promptly return the payments you made, including the costs of delivery of the product in compliance with the terms and conditions, no later than within 14 days of the day, on which we receive your statement on withdrawing from the agreement.
We may have to delay the return of your payment until the product is returned or until you provide proof of its shipment, depending on which comes first.
Please remember that the consumer does not have the right to withdraw from a remote agreement in scope of the following agreements:
- concerningrzecz nieprefabrykowana, wyprodukowana według specyfikacji konsumenta lub non-prefabricated products customised as specified by the consumer or tailored to fulfil the consumer’s individual needs,
- concerning products delivered in sealed packaging, whichcannot be returned after being opened due to health or hygienic concerns,if the packaging is opened after its delivery,
- concerning products, which arepermanently connected with other products upon delivery due to their nature.

If a product purchased from us should turn out to be defective, you have the right to file a complaint exercising your right of statutory warranty. It is recommended to file complaints by e-mail to the following address: email@example.com , or by traditional mail to the address of ul. Za Motelem 1, 62-080 Sady.
If you are not a consumer, you can hold us liable only to the amount of the order you placed within one year of the date, on which the goods were released. The provisions presented below are applicable to consumers.
For consumers, if the product in question must be delivered to the Seller for purposes of handling the complaint, it is delivered at the cost of the Seller to the following address:
Sady, ul. Za Motelem 3, 62-080 Tarnowo Podgórne.
You can request the following:
- a new product free of defects,
- removal of the defect,
or file a request for:
- a discount,
- withdrawal from the agreement – for major defects.
We are held liable towards you for defects identified within 2 years of the product’s release.
In principle, you can file your complaintwithin one year of identifying the defect, but the time for filing complaints cannot exceed the time of the seller’s liability.
The decision concerning your complaint will be made within 14 days of the date, on which we receive your complaint.
