Shipping and handling

The handling time includes the order processing time (1-2 business days) and the delivery time according to the table presented below:

When is the product shipped?

On business days (Mon – Fri), if we clear the payment for the order or receive information about the order being COD (domestic shipment only) and the information required to process the order before noon, courier parcels are shipped out within 24 hours.

Orders placed Friday to Sunday are shipped out on the next business day.

The handling time may be extended under special circumstances, of which the buyer will be promptly notified.

Always remember to check your product in the presence of the courier! If anything is damaged, you must fill out a damage report and notify our Customer Service office.
You must send the filled damage report to the following e-mail address: reklamacje@kidwell.eu within 7 days.
