Domestic shipments

Shipping date

• Domestic orders paid for by 12:30 are shipped on the same day.
• Orders placed from Friday (after 12:30 p.m.) to Sunday are processed on Monday from 7:00 a.m.
• In special cases, the processing time may be extended – in such a situation, we will inform you immediately.

Important information

• The delivery date depends on the selected delivery method.
• Check the parcel with the courier. In the event of damage, please fill in a damage report and notify our Customer Service Department immediately.
• Please send the completed damage report within 7 days of receiving the parcel to the following address: reklamacje@kidwell.eu
