DERFORM sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Sady informs that the toy UNO VIOLET balance scooter (Index No.: HUBAUNO01A2), EAN code: 590130080007, does not meet the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Finance of 20 October 2016 on the requirements for toys, due to the insufficient strength of the steering tubes to withstand upward forces, which creates a risk of the user falling and sustaining physical injuries (e.g. abrasions, bruises, swelling, oedema), as well as the undersized diameter of the handlebar ends, which poses a risk of injury and a threat to the safety and health of users, and the undersized diameter of the front wheels, which poses a risk of the user falling and sustaining physical injuries (e.g. abrasions, bruises, swelling, oedema). This announcement is published in connection with proceedings conducted before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
