Privacy Policy of the Sklep Kidwell Online Shop

Therefore, below we present the most important information about the rules for processing your personal data by us and the cookies used by our Shop. This information has been prepared in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to request:

  • access to your personal data, including obtaining a copy of your data (Article 15 of the GDPR or - if applicable - Article 13(1)(f) of the GDPR),
  • rectification (Article 16 of the GDPR),
  • erasure (Article 17 of the GDPR),
  • restriction of processing (Article 18 of the GDPR),
  • data portability to another controller (Article 20 of the GDPR).

And also the right:

  • to object at any time to the processing of your data:
    • on grounds relating to your particular situation – to processing of personal data concerning you, based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (i.e. on our legitimate interests) (Article 21(1) of the GDPR);
    • where personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, to the extent that the processing is related to such direct marketing (Article 21(2) of the GDPR).

if you do not express your opinion - for a period of 30 days from the date of your purchase or until we consider your objection to processing; if you express your opinion - until it is removed or until we consider your objection to processing

Within the Shop, we conduct analytical activities aimed at increasing its intuitiveness and accessibility – this will only occur with respect to you if you allow such activities. As part of the analysis, we will take into account how you navigate the Shop – such as, for example, how much time you spend on a given subpage or which areas of the Shop you click on. This allows us to adjust the layout and appearance of the Shop and the content placed therein to the needs of the Users.
